Session Duration: The 1-hour session will be conducted virtually at a scheduled time that works for both you and Sarah Sink.
Booking Policy: Please ensure that you book your session at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
No Refund Policy: Once the session is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable. However, if an emergency arises, we can reschedule your session at no additional charge with prior notice.

Service Agreement for 1:1 Strategy Sessions with Your Pharma Girl
By purchasing or booking a 1:1 Strategy Session with Your Pharma Girl, you agree to the following terms:
Session Scope: The 1:1 Strategy Sessions are designed to provide personalized, professional guidance on topics relevant to your business needs within the pharmaceutical and CDMO space. These sessions are for individual use only and are intended to focus on specific goals, challenges, or opportunities discussed during the session.
Non-Transferable: All 1:1 Strategy Sessions are for the named individual only. The content and recommendations shared during the session are confidential and meant for the sole use of the person who booked the session. Transferring, sharing, or distributing session content to others is strictly prohibited unless explicit prior written consent is obtained from Pharma Girl Consulting, LLC.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in a forfeited session or a fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact [email protected].
Payment & Access: All payments for 1:1 Strategy Sessions are required at the time of booking. Once the session is paid for, you will receive confirmation along with scheduling details. If payment is not received, the session will not be scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
Confidentiality: All information shared during 1:1 Strategy Sessions, including but not limited to your business details, questions, or challenges, is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us.
Intellectual Property: Any strategies, frameworks, or proprietary tools shared during the session are the intellectual property of Pharma Girl Consulting, LLC. You may not share, distribute, or use these materials outside the scope of the session, unless explicitly permitted.
